1. Who is responsible for your data
NUM8ERS operates the Calculus Library. For privacy questions or requests, email info@num8ers.com.
2. Calculations and saved collections
Function entries, bounds, calculations, three-dimensional models, worksheet drafts, and saved teaching collections are processed in your browser. Saved collections use your browser's local storage. Temporary drafts may use session storage. This app does not send that learning content to a NUM8ERS database.
Browser storage is tied to the browser profile and device you use. It may be removed if you clear site data, use private browsing, reset the browser, or change devices. The Backup and Import controls let you move a collection yourself.
3. Information our hosting provider may process
Cloudflare may process standard request information needed to deliver and protect the static website, such as IP address, browser and device details, requested URLs, timestamps, security events, and diagnostic logs. Cloudflare acts under its own contractual and privacy terms.
4. Communications
If you email us, we receive the address and information you choose to provide. We use it to answer your enquiry, provide support, protect the service, and meet legal obligations. Do not send passwords, authentication codes, payment details, or unnecessary information about a child.
5. Cookies, analytics, and advertising
The Calculus Library does not require an account and does not set an application sign-in cookie. We do not use its saved worksheet content for behavioural advertising, and we do not sell that content. Cloudflare may use strictly necessary cookies or similar technology for security and delivery.
6. Retention and security
NUM8ERS does not control how long your browser keeps local or session storage; you can remove it through your browser settings or by deleting saved collections. Email and operational records are kept only as reasonably necessary for support, security, legal, and reliability purposes. No online service or local browser storage can guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices and rights
You can inspect, export, or delete collections through the Teaching Studio and clear this site's data in your browser. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights concerning personal data held in our communications or service logs. Send requests to info@num8ers.com.
8. Children
This is an educational tool. A parent, guardian, school, or authorised adult should supervise use by children where required. If you believe personal data about a child was provided without required permission, contact info@num8ers.com.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the service, providers, or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the current version.
