Using the Calculus Library.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using the Calculus Library, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use it for a school or organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.

2. Educational purpose

The Calculus Library is an educational and visualisation tool. It does not replace professional, academic, engineering, safety, financial, or legal advice. Numerical integration, method comparisons, surface estimates, and exported meshes are approximations with stated mathematical limits. Check important results independently.

3. Browser storage and backups

Saved collections are stored in your browser rather than a NUM8ERS account. You are responsible for downloading backups you want to keep and for protecting files you export. Clearing browser data, changing devices, private browsing, storage limits, or browser settings may remove locally saved work.

4. Acceptable use

You may use the service for personal learning, teaching, and lawful educational purposes. You must not interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, scrape it at a disruptive scale, bypass security controls, or use it to violate another person's rights.

5. Content and intellectual property

The site design, software, original problem bank, explanatory text, graphics, branding, and other NUM8ERS materials are owned by NUM8ERS or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. You may print generated worksheets and use them for your own learning or teaching. You may not resell, republish, or present the service or its original materials as your own without written permission.

You retain rights in content you lawfully enter. That content is processed locally in your browser unless you choose to export or send it elsewhere.

6. Third-party services and links

The site is delivered through third-party hosting and may link to other services. Their terms and privacy practices may apply. A link does not mean NUM8ERS controls or endorses all content on that site.

7. Availability and changes

We may maintain, change, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. We aim to keep the service accurate and available, but do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free results, or compatibility with every device and browser.

8. Disclaimer and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that are not expressly stated. NUM8ERS is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from its use. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. Courts with lawful jurisdiction in the United Arab Emirates will hear disputes unless applicable law requires another forum.
